Since our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, we are not able to accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to help if any issues arise.


✅ Replacement or Refund Eligibility

We will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund if:

✔ Your order arrives damaged
✔ There is a printing or manufacturing defect
✔ The product is incorrect due to our error
✔ The item is lost in transit

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

❌ Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Orders delivered to a wrong address entered by the customer

🔄 Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Production begins shortly after your order is placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellations after this time.


💳 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
